I’m a collector of vintage trinkets, funky Goodwill art, and smooth rocks. I also collect wild memories, motivational quotes for pep talks, and artistic skills. I am the culmination of my collections, whether material or metaphysical, the human incarnation of your grandfather’s creaky old attic full of mysterious old Stuff. 

 

I collect not because I am materialistic, but because I strive to be the opposite. In each piece or skill I gain, I treasure most of all the story behind it. In this way, I don't surround myself with Things, but multitudes of stories. 

 

This same spirit guides me in my work, and I dig deep to find the story that makes brands and teams who they are. As a leader, I take an individualistic approach to encourage my team members to bring their unique value to the table. A good team is like a good collection: Individually, we each have a story, and together, we can create new meaning.
